Why Sorta?
A cluttered home quietly drains our focus, time, and calm.
Problem
Decluttering fails at the very first decision: knowing where to start.
Opportunity
Make decluttering fast, painless, and stress-free for anyone.

The problem

Decluttering rarely fails for lack of bins or checklists. It fails at the very first decision.

“I know I should start. I just never know where.

Key insights

We talked to 9 people about their real relationship with clutter. Three tensions kept surfacing.

Procrastination
Every item is a decision. “Where does this even go?” So people delay, and the mental tax of choosing stalls the whole thing.
Inconsistent habits
Organizing happens seasonally, sporadically, never as routine, so spaces drift back to chaos, and duplicates quietly pile up.
Emotional overload
Clutter isn't just physical. Letting go of sentimental things feels like discarding a memory, so guilt wins, and nothing moves.
